ASTECH InterMedia respects the privacy of all visitors to our web site and endeavors to adhere to the highest standards for permission marketing. We do not employ web technologies to determine the web site(s) our visitors viewed prior to visiting our web site, or will view after visiting our web site.

If you register for the Forums area of our site, a "cookie" is used to identify you (or your computer) as a registered user. You are logged in using standard username/password techniques. We do not employ cookies for any other purpose.

One of the benefits ASTECH InterMedia offers visitors is to receive e-mail and/or "snail mail" from us on a regular basis, through topical mailing lists run on our site. If visitors are interested in participating in these mailing lists, we request additional information at the time subscriptions are begun:

  • The visitor's e-mail address

  • The name of the visitor's company

  • The address of the visitor's company

We use this data solely for the purpose of these mailing lists, to ensure that e-mail and/or "snail mail" is sent to the proper recipients. We do not share any of this data with any third parties not involved in the distribution of the mailing list itself.
