MAAX Campaign Management - Part 1
The first installment of MAAX wisdom is a recorded webcast by one of ASTECH's Senior MAAX Specialists. The campaign management webinar is designed to give participants the knowledge required to create effective campaigns, and to go beyond MAAX functionality a bit to help them think about the campaign management process & backend-analysis of campaigns. The webcast addresses best practices in direct marketing campaign management and how to utilize the Campaigner module in MAAX to support these efforts. It assumes you have gone through the initial planning and analysis process to identify your target audience(s) and are ready to contact them.

This is the second session in a two-part series on campaign management by ASTECH. This series is designed to teach you how to use the MAAX Campaigner module to execute direct marketing programs, enable your database for campaign analysis, and track campaign performance. In Part 1, we created a multi-segment campaign that utilized some of the more advanced features of the Campaigner tool. Part 2 assumes you have executed a campaign and would now like to analyze results.
