1. What does ASTECH InterMedia do?

We like to say, "data-driven, revenue-focused marketing automation." We provide services and technology that empower our clients to profitably engage in strategic marketing practices.

2. So is ASTECH a consulting company or a technology company?

Both! We are probably better known for our technology — MAAX and R-Logic. We are the developers of R-Logic and, in addition, we handle the implementation, education, production, support and consulting services related to all of our products.

3. Why do you often resell the products of other companies?

One of our business philosophies has been to deliver the best solutions and we are the first to admit ASTECH InterMedia cannot be all things to all people. In such cases, we research the capabilities of other companies and work with them to best meet the needs of our clients.

4. Where did the name "ASTECH InterMedia" come from?

The company was originally founded in 1992 as Applied Segmentation Technology. Most referred to us as "ASTech" because it was easier to say! In early 2000, the name was officially changed to ASTECH InterMedia to reflect a change in the company's vision. With the Web becoming a mainstream medium for the publishing industry, ASTECH launched a new strategy to develop and host applications via the Web.
